Appointments & Policies

Therapy and consultation rates range from $190 to $270 per session, depending on the service. Payment is due at the end of each appointment and can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or e-transfer.

Sessions are not covered by OHIP. 

Many extended health insurance plans provide full or partial reimbursement for therapy sessions. Clients pay for each session up front and are issued a receipt that can be used for reimbursement by their health care provider. Please check with your insurance provider to verify your own individual coverage.

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of your session will not be charged. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full session fee.

Appointments are generally available during daytime hours, Monday - Friday, with some limited evening availability.

Appointments take place online using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms and in-person at my office in Toronto.

Due to provincial licensing restrictions, therapy services are provided only to those located in Ontario, Canada and California, USA.
